Respite care offers temporary support for when your normal carers are not available.

In-home respite care provides temporary relief by having a trained caregiver come to your home to care for your loved one. Visiting care can provide you with dignified and discreet support for personal routines such as bathing, toileting and getting dressed

At Graceden Healthcare Services , we’ve got over 30 years’ experience in providing  people with urgent support at the times they need it most.

If you find yourself requiring immediate care at home, we’re here to help you out. Your local care team will generally be able to send one of our wonderful carers to you at home within 24 hours of your call, ensuring minimal disruption to your routines. What’s more, we won’t cut any corners – you’ll still receive the same exceptional support that our customers have come to expect from Graceden Healthcare Services.

The different types of respite care

Respite care provides your main carer with a temporary break while ensuring your care needs are met. We offer respite care on both a visiting and live-in basis; you can find out more about each type below.

 

Prices start from £31.00 per hour

Our hourly rate for visiting care starts at £31.00 per hour. This rate may vary depending on your geographical location.

Visits lasting 30, 45 or 60 minutes

Whilst most customers opt for care by the hour, you are able to opt for a different length of care visit depending on your needs.

Call-out fee of £4.50 per visit

After an initial free home visit from your local care expert, each care visit will come with a £4.50 fee to cover our carers’ travel costs.

 Graceden Healthcare Services s provided cover while I was away. I felt reassured that all was well in my absence, and on my return Mum looked happy and the house had been cleaned and tidied for me.
