Complex care is a type of healthcare and support given to people who have chronic or long-term health conditions who need extra help to manage their symptoms and daily tasks. Examples of such conditions include neurological disorders, disabilities, injuries, and sometimes the use of feeding tubes. Complex care differs from general domiciliary care because it usually involves medical intervention of some sort, and can also be provided if someone requires nursing care.
Complex needs refers to the variety of challenges that people in care may encounter, whether they are mental, physical or emotional.

At Graceden Healthcare Services, we’ve been delivering person-centred home care since 1989. In that time, we’ve helped tens of thousands of people to continue living independently, comfortably and securely at home.
We know how important it is for you to have a clear picture of your visiting care fees. So, we provide a simple, straightforward breakdown from the very start.
Our hourly rate for visiting care starts at £31.00 per hour. This rate may vary depending on your geographical location.
Whilst most customers opt for care by the hour, you are able to opt for a different length of care visit depending on your needs.
After an initial free home visit from your local care expert, each care visit will come with a £4.50 fee to cover our carers’ travel costs.
